Through Citronista’s technology, we remove the pulp and unstable particles that typically cause separation, flavour changes, and the short shelf life of freshly squeezed juice. At the same time, we preserve the true character of lime: freshness, purity, and balanced acidity.
We also integrate citrus peel oils to create a deeper aroma, richer flavour, and a more complete balance in the final product.
